LEIR LLC - Last updated March 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of leir.health and any services provided by LEIR LLC ("LEIR," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Services

LEIR LLC provides occupational health services (including drug and alcohol testing, CPR/First Aid training, AED maintenance, onsite health days, first aid kit maintenance, and environmental testing) and AI-assisted business automation consulting to employers and businesses primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Specific service scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed upon separately in writing or via proposal confirmation.

Service Agreements

A proposal, quote, or written confirmation constitutes the agreement for a specific engagement. Services commence upon written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of payment. LEIR reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each proposal or invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. LEIR may suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 15 days. All fees are in US dollars.

Cancellation

For scheduled on-site services, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the applicable proposal. Emergency services (post-incident testing) are non-refundable once dispatched.

Regulatory Compliance

LEIR's drug and alcohol testing services are conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements. DOT-regulated testing is performed per 49 CFR Part 40. It is the employer's responsibility to maintain a compliant workplace drug and alcohol policy and to use test results in accordance with applicable law. LEIR does not provide legal advice and nothing in our services constitutes legal counsel.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEIR's total liability for any claim arising from services or use of this site is limited to the amount paid to LEIR for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim. LEIR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

No Warranty

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." LEIR does not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any particular outcome will result from the use of our services.
