We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, operate and improve our services, and protect the security and integrity of our site. Automated features (including AI-assisted text on the intake page) process the text you submit to produce on-screen content; treat anything you enter as information you are willing to share with LEIR for business purposes.
Third parties
We use vendors to host the site, deliver forms or email, and run AI features. Those providers process data under their terms and our instructions only as needed to operate the service. Do not submit sensitive health information through the website unless we have explicitly agreed to receive it under a separate compliance arrangement.
Retention
We retain business inquiries and related correspondence as long as needed to follow up, provide services, and meet legal or professional obligations, then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you where applicable law applies. We will verify reasonable requests in good faith.
